Poddric
A guest and episode workflow manager built for interview-based podcasters.
Poddric is born from years of producing podcast content and understanding what existing platforms get wrong. It’s a publishing and management platform designed specifically for podcasters who need better workflow management.
The Problem
As a podcaster with interview-based episodes, I frequently get suggestions for guests, have multiple conversations with future guests and have multiple episodes in production at all times. To manage this, many people turn to spreadsheets, Notion or other tools made for other purposes.
- A tool created for the interview-based podcaster
- A central inbox to manage guest suggestions, guests, and episodes
- Guest coordination and relationship management
- Episode workflow from idea to published episode
The Approach
Poddric focuses on the workflows that matter for committed podcasters. Rather than adding features for mass appeal, every capability is designed for practitioners who produce content consistently and build real communities around their shows.
Key Features
- Editorial workflows for planning episodes and managing production pipelines
- Guest management with relationship tracking and communication tools
Status
Currently in active development. Building in public with early feedback from the podcasting community while using it for the management of the Grazing Grass podcast and Rent It Out podcast.
